Zachary D. McMillan
Bio
Zack is a Paducah native. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Economics) from Murray State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal and was recognized as the “Outstanding Third-Year Staff Member”.
Zack has clerked for Justice J. W. “Bill” Graves of the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He has taught Real Estate Law as an adjunct professor at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. He has served on the Leadership Paducah Foundation Committee and the Friends of Scouting Campaign for the Paducah Area (past Chair).
He is a member of Broadway United Methodist Church, where he has served on various leadership committees, including several terms as president of the Church Council. He is currently a Co-Chancellor of the Memphis Conference of the United Methodist Church and the President of the Paducah Main Street Board of Directors. He is an Eagle Scout (Boy Scouts of America), Duke of Paducah and Kentucky Colonel. He is a member of the McCracken County, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations.
Zack’s practice focuses on real estate law, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant matters, estate planning, probate, guardianships/conservatorships, collections, and business law.
