Bio
Whitney has been practicing law with McMurry & Livingston, PLLC since 2013. She focuses her practice primarily on real estate transactions and assisting clients with probate and estate planning matters.
Whitney earned her B.S. in 2010 from the University of Alabama and her J.D. in 2013 from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
She is a member of the McCracken County, Kentucky and American Bar Associations and serves the McCracken County Bar Association as Secretary/Treasurer. Since 2015, Whitney has taught as an Adjunct Professor for Business Law at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. Whitney previously served on the Board of Directors for The Charity League of Paducah, Paducah Day Nursery, and Yeiser Art Center. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, The Police Foundation of Paducah-McCracken County, Inc. and the Leadership Paducah Alumni Association. She is actively involved with Paducah Young Professionals and the United Way of Paducah-McCracken County.
