Bio
Phillip has been practicing law with the firm of McMurry & Livingston since the summer of 1985. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business law, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and real estate. He guides his business client’s through the process of selling and acquiring real and personal property assets as well as counsels them with respect to the laws that affect an on-going business. Phillip also represents a substantial number of financial institutions with respect to their loan documentation and collection activities. He has been instrumental in guiding the firm through the multitude of changes in the banking and real estate industries during his years of practice. He is currently the firm’s managing partner. His undergraduate study was at Centre College of Kentucky where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1979. He received his Juris Doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1984. Philip is a member of the McCracken County, Kentucky and American Bar Associations.
