Zack is a Paducah native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Murray State University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While attending the College of Law, he was a member of the Kentucky Law Journal and was recognized as their “Outstanding Third-Year Staff Member”. He has clerked for Justice J. W. “Bill” Graves of the Supreme Court of Kentucky. He has been an adjunct professor of Real Estate Law at West Kentucky Community and Technical College. He has been a member of the board of directors of the Leadership Paducah Foundation Committee. He is a current member of Broadway United Methodist Church, where he has served on various leadership committees, including several terms as president of the Church Council. He is an Eagle Scout (Boy Scouts of America), Duke of Paducah and Kentucky Colonel. He is a member of the McCracken County, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations. His practice focuses on real estate law, real estate transactions, landlord-tenant matters, wills, trusts, estates, guardianships and conservatorships, as well as business law.
